We would like to address the recent events that affected our company and explain why we were unavailable for some time. As many of you may have noticed, there has been a small but significant change to our website. We are no longer using the “.com” domain, and instead, have transitioned to the EU domain. Unfortunately, we lost the rights to our original domain, which is disheartening for us. However, with your continued support, we hope to reclaim it in the future.
During the past year, we were forced to suspend our operations due to legal challenges in Lithuania. Some of our products were questioned under newly updated laws, and we had to dedicate significant time to cooperating with local authorities. The legal process took longer than expected, but we are pleased to announce that the court ruled in our favor. It was confirmed that we have always conducted our business lawfully, with no grounds for accusations. Despite this positive outcome, we regret that our business had to pause, causing inconvenience to our loyal customers.
Now, we are relaunching Biomedicanna with renewed energy. Though we lost our original website, we are rebuilding from the ground up, maintaining our core values and style. We are returning to our fundamental principles of natural products and our deep connection to nature.
